Under Gary's guidance, Lourdes was a benchmark facility for CHP's 32 hospital system, being named a top CHP facility for physician satisfaction in Medical Records (and ranking in the top 10% nationally). In addition, Lourdes has been recognized by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as the top performer among 270 participating hospitals in a nation-wide study for treatment of heart failure. Gary has presented at the HIMSS national conference and has also been a featured speaker for some of the largest IDN's and HIS vendors in the industry.
